I am almost certain that the DVD situation has been straightened out. We sent out Priority Mail shipping new DVDs to everyone who inadvertently (through our manufacturer) go the Make A Wish Foundation video instead of Cricut A to Z. We resent out over 50 dvds from what we can tell by tracking info, so even if you have yet to contact us, you should receive the correct dvd very soon.
If for some reason you do have a Make a Wish DVD and would like more information on anything, please feel free to email me at any time and I will give you all the appropriate tracking on your dvd! 🙂

I receeived my CD and it was the correct one and I really enjoyed it. So much information and in such an enjoyable format. However, I do have one problem. I was using my Beach Cart and trying to make a card. What’s the best method to use to get the correct size layer. When I cut the card at 4 or 5 inches the layer always comes out way to big? Any special formulas. And if you measure, do you measure up and down or across?

I received my dvd today and it is the correct one, but the only problem is that the cd case was completely destroyed and crushed into pieces and is not usable anymore.
I’m so sorry that happened, but it looks like you jumped right on it and got it straightened out, Now kick back put your feet up and enjoy the Holidays with your beautiful family girl, you deserve it!! Merry Christmas!!
I received my dvd and it is just fine. Have watchec a portion and very helpful. I do have a question – is it ok to add or remove the cartridges while your Cricut power is on?? I have heard both yes and no – which is it??
I recieved mine as well, and it was the right one!
I think wanting to make sure everything has been made right as quickly as possible is a great example of their dedication to customer service!
Thank you so much for this DVD!! I’ve been able to watch about a half hour (or so) of if so far and I absolutely love it! There are quite a few tid-bitty things I would have never known about this machine if it hadn’t been for your tutorials. Outstanding quality! I can’t wait to see the rest of it.
