Hey All!
Lots and lots happening around here- thought I would check in – one I forgot to post the winner to the Mystery Prize Giveaway from earlier this week! I also have a few update photos!
Congratulations Benita! An email has been sent to ya so go ahead and reply with your mailing address 🙂
Kids had their very first day of school this week! I can’t believe it! I so planned on continuing to be a homeschooling Momma – however God had differently plans for us and I’m just trusting that for what’s best for my kids this year! They were accepted with help into an area Christian school that is amazing! I feel so guided and blessed right now even through tough decisions and bad choices of my own this year He is showing me just how much He loves us through it all! Here are a few happy pictures of their first day! And as much as I wanted to be a homeschool Momma – I didn’t shed a single tear! I was so happy and excited by their excitement!
We are also getting ready to move into a duplex! I am so very excited about this- we have been in a tiny little apartment for about 18 months and the opportunity came up to move into a 3 bedroom, finished basement house! I am FINALLY going to have space to set up my lighting again and have a REAL filming space instead of a desk next to my bed! I wasn’t sure at all if this was a move I should make or not – I went back and forth over it and it just really seemed like the right thing in the end and now I’m so happy about how it all worked out! I was starting to feel stressed about moving everything and how everything was going to work together – but then I got a phone call the other morning from a Moving Company in the area who said that someone anonymously is paying for my move from the apartment to the new place and they will even take care of taking apart beds and putting them together on the other side – EVERYTHING taken care of! I started BAWLING on the phone and kept saying “are you serious are you serious?” and the guy was like “I’m a dude and you’re going to make me cry!” He told me I made his day and I totally laughed at him because I was like umm who made who’s day!?!? It was awesome and just another little blessing that just makes me feel so thankful!
Things are a MESS though let me tell ya – so much crazy and boxes everywhere – I can’t wait to be settled in – but all things take time and patience – learning that more and more! 🙂 Thankful for all the help I have been receiving and mostly – just so very thankful for the prayers!
There are great things coming and I am so excited to be working so closely with the new Designers in the Square1Masterpiece Designer Program. Helping these ladies start their professional, creative businesses is exciting me beyond words right now! Can’t wait to do more with that too!
Alright – I will check in again soon! Thanks for stopping by today! See ya soon!
Enjoy the Moments!
God works in mysterious ways, He always make a way. The kids are getting so big, they will like there new school.

The good a person gives with the heart comes back to them in myriad ways. I’m thinking the seeds of goodness and grace you have sown are reaping a wonderful and well deserved harvest. I am so glad for you and the kidlets! 🙂
God shows up always at the right time. If I lived close I would help you get organized, something I am very good at.

Megan,
As we get older and our faith gets stronger we realize that we can get through life without believing and trusting in God. He is always on time. I am so happy for you with your move and all that God will continue to bless you with in your life.

Luria

Megan I didn’t read this until Saturday morning with my coffee outside on the deck. I almost started crying myself. What Great things are going on right now for you. Most times if we weigh the good with the bad it all works out, or the Great is usually the winner! Your children are so precious and they even look excited to begin their new journey in their new school!! I don’t know how you find the time to do all that you do, and more so now with your move…and yet you always find the time to keep us, your followers in the “loop”. Thanks for being you, you are definitely loved 🙂 :).
Karma, baby…karma…
I’m so happy for you!!! I just about cried reading this post. God knows our needs and provides for us. It’s experiences like this that build your faith. I can look back to days when my girls were your children’s age and remember how God provided for us in times of need. It’s times like those that grew my faith.
Hope you’re taking care of yourself and that your blood pressure is in check too!!!
My best to you! It is scary when you take steps to make things better. A big thank you to the wonderful person who paid for the moving.
And, I taught for many years in a public school–your kids will be so fine, Megan, and their first day pix are priceless. They look so happy and excited. I know you are too. May each day forward be just one more step in your journey doing what is going to be best for you! Hugs from all of us!
