Info about SVGS:
- What does SVG Stand for?
SVG is a Scalable Vector Graphic and you can use it in Free software like INKSCAPE or other SVG supported softwares.
- Will my Cricut Machines cut SVGS?
Sadly the answer is no! Not any longer. You will find videos and mentions out there of SCAL version 2 and MTC that USED to allow you to cut SVG and TTF images with your Cricut Machine, but in 2012 Provo Craft filed and won a suit no longer allowing those softwares to be compatible with their machines. So unless users out there have OLD Versions of these softwares and have NEVER upgraded their Cricut Machines to new firmware – the answer is just NO! That’s really the simple answer!!! LOL
- What Machines DO allow me to Cut out SVGs?
There are many many machines on the market and they all allow for different things. I know many of my followers are die-hard Cricut fans, but this was something I was excited to offer other die-cut users as I have become a fan of many other machines myself like:
Silhouette SD and Cameo
And Many MORE!
- If I don’t have another machine besides Cricut can I still use an SVG?
The answer actually is – yes of course. You can use your SVG with a free software like INKSCAPEand print out the images to use on your scrapbook layouts or create stamps with your Teresa Collins Stamp Maker or do many other things – So Enjoy them!Ok here is your free download! Enjoy!
