Tea For 2: Once Upon a Princess Cricut Card

27 April
Tuesday, 27 April 2010 00:20 Written by Megan Elizabeth 42 Comments

Tuesday Tutorial Time! :)

I told you all I got a bunch of the new Cricut Cartridges, and I am having such a blast playing with them!

Today’s video I’m showing some really fun paper from Sassafrass Lass called “Nerdy Bird” it’s so cute and I just got it to test it out.  I also am using the Once Upon A Princess Cricut Cartridge in this video to make a card with the layers and shadow to the phrase “Tea For 2″ it’s so cute with the little Tea Cup and the phrase…. :)

The other thing I just bought recently are some new stamps from “My Cute Stamps” I purchased them through Custom Crops, and they are soooo CUTE!!! :)   I used them with tone on tone ink to make a little extra background for my solid color cardstock.  Hopefully you have fun and learn a few great things or get inspiration from this Tuesday Tutorial :)

Fantastic card! I would love to buy a few Cricut Cutting Guides can you tell me where to purchase them.I’m going to give my daughter a baby cricut for a good bye gift. She just got married and her hausband is in the Army…which means she’ll have a lot of time to craft when he’s out in the field.

    Megan,
How do we know if the Cricut Cutting guide has been updated with new papers/manufacturers? I printed one off your site several months ago, but remember a comment you made about the new papers you have been using.
    Thanks!

This cart is on my wish list so I was happy to see your video this a.m. Question on the ribbon — did you punch a hole in the card and bring the ribbon ends up through the hole to the front of the card? Maybe you could should how you attached the ribbon….Thanks for the great site.
