1. What are the campaign details?
Dates: August 1, 2015 (12:01 am MDT)–August 31, 2015 (11:59 pm MDT)
For New Consultants:
Former Consultants who enroll during the month of August have the opportunity to pick from either a “business building essentials” version of the New Consultant Kit for $49 USD or a regular New Consultant Kit for $129 USD. The “essentials” kit features business building items such as order forms, idea books, and cardstock swatches to help you get your new business off to a great start.
- Who is eligible for this offer?
This offer is only available to Former Consultants whose previous accounts are in good standing.
- How does the former Consultant get the business building essentials New Consultant Kit? When filling out the online application found at closetomyheart.com > What We Do > Be A Consultant > Let’s Get Started, the former Consultant will need to input the email address they used on their previous account into the grey box at the top where it says “Login.” If they can’t remember their password, they can use the “Forgot your password” link or contact Consultant Services for that information. Once they login with their previous account information, they will receive a prompt that will tell the Former Consultant that they are eligible for the business building essentials New Consultant Kit. If the former Consultant no longer has a Close To My Heart account associated with the email address they used as a Consultant, they will need to enter their information into Step 1 of the application process to trigger the prompt. If they do not receive a prompt, they will need to contact Consultant Services.
- How will former Consultants be notified of this campaign?
On August 1, an email will be sent to all former Consultants that were active at any point beginning January 1, 2013 through the present. The email will include details about the campaign and will include a link to the sign up page. In addition, an announcement will be posted in the Weekly Corporate Update at the beginning of August so that Uplines are aware of the details of this campaign. Uplines will also have access to a report under Business Management > Reports that will alert them to any former Downline who may be eligible as part of this campaign.
- What if the former Consultant no longer uses the email address on their previous account but they want to take advantage of this offer?
The former Consultants will need to contact Consultant Services and they will validate the new email address to qualify for this campaign.
- Can the former Consultant choose between the business building essentials New Consultant Kit and the full price kit?
Yes! If they want to choose the full price kit instead of the essentials kit, they will be given that option when filling out the online application.
- Can the former Consultant get both the business building essentials New Consultant Kit and the full price kit?
No. Only one kit can be selected.
- Can the former Consultant sign up under a new Upline?
Yes. Anyone who is eligible to re-sign up as part of this campaign can select a new Upline if desired.
