Looking for the Perfect Cricut Image to Cut? 47

Hey Everyone,

So I wanted to do a post today about the new www.CricutSearch.com that is available for us bug loving Cricut users to utilize!

Now I know I know = you can search for images on your Gypsy and on your Design Studio – TRUE, BUT – you can’t do what this does for sure!  The cataloging of the Cricut Cartridge handbooks is phenomenal!  If you haven’t been one to check it out already – go check it out NOW!

I am going to be doing a little video using this here soon because I think its pretty neat and something that we can all use for certain! 🙂

So take a look – check it out!  Comment with thoughts – I’d loved to hear your experience with it too.  And if you have questions or concerns about it, let me know – I’ll try to find answers for you as well and post them in the video! 🙂

Talk to ya soon!

I love Cricut Search.com, I found it a couple of weeks ago and anyone that has Cricut, I tell them about it. When I’m doing a layout or anything to do with my Expressions, I open Design Studio and Cricut Search. The reason it helps me is because iI can see all the themes I’m looking for, and I don’t have to rely on remembering what I think is on all the cartridges iI have.

I found them a while ago, told everyone at club ruby, then the site was gone. I was crushed! Found out that the site had technical difficulties but they are up and running again. Love to just “play” with words and see the results.

Great site. That is one of my biggest problems is that I can’t remember which cart. has what. Now the problem is solved.
However it makes me want other cartridges.
    Thank you

Wow this site is so fantastic. Thanks for sharing it with us Megan.

It so cool to have a site like this to search on, especially when you own a lot of cartridges or need an image your not sure Provocraft makes.

Don’t you just love awesome sites like this, they truly make life so much easier, a big thank you to the genius behinc CricutSearch.com

I found this site a few weeks ago and totally love it! I have also just put in a letter like “H”, and it shows me all the carts that have the letter “H” which is helpful for the shape cartridges that also have fonts on them, like Rock Princess.

    Hi Megan,
I tried it too and I thinks it is very helpful; whoever set this up is a genius!! I’ve left some love at the blog for them!

Wow that can be a very helpful tool… how often I have had to sit and go through each of my cartridges to see what I was after. Thanks for sharing that with us!

    Hi Megan,

I’ve uesed this site several times and love it. It is soooo helpful. I don’t spend near the time searching for a particular item as I once did. Thanks for sharing this with everyone!

    Megan,
I clicked on the box for CricutSearch.com and at the top of the page was an ad for Be Naughty – an online dating site for the naughty-with 4 pictures of women that didn’t leave much to the imagination! Just under that was the Welcome to CricutSearch.com. Am I the only one to see this!!!? How can I get that off–

Looks like it will be my #1 timesaver! A great way to compare all my font selections or shape choices that are often forgotten! This is why I love ARS; ideas shared are appreciated and valued.

This site is exactly what I need! Thank you so much for sharing. I have the original Cricut (purchased it when it first was introduced) and I make die-cuts for my scrapbooking pages and cards. A month ago I was in need of a cactus. I wanted to purchase the Old West cartridge for that purpose; but when I looked at the box, I did not see a cactus. So I went to a scrapbook store to purchase several cactus die-cuts. A young lady who was in the store overheard my conversation and she had a Gypsy with her. She searched on her Gypsy and told me that Old West cartridge indeed had a cactus; it just was not pictured on the box. I don’t anticipate purchasing a Gypsy soon, but was impressed by its search capability. Now this website will help those who do not own a Gypsy. I’ve never left a comment before on anyone’s website; but I wanted you to know, Megan, that I really enjoy Above Rubies Studio and check it daily. Since I do not have any crafting friends, I enjoy my craft vicariously through Above Rubies Studio. It’s fun to read comments and read about what others have done. Thank you for all the tutorials, tips, techniques and other information you provide. Hope you feel better. God bless!

This is one neat web site. Now I can junk that cheat book I created. What’s nice on the site is that you can enlarge the image to see details.
    Thanks a bunch, Megan

Can you tell me where I can find a cricut cartridge that has an Indian head on it. Our school mascot is the indians and they use the Indian bust with the head dress. I know I have seen it before but do not know what cartridge it is on. Thanks, Karen
