Here is a great video showing how to use one of the new Gypsy updates.
Using multiple pages to layer your projects is such an awesome function to use and really takes your designs to a different level that is so much fun with the Gypsy. I have spent many many hours playing with it and its SO fun!
Anyway, I show you that with this video and how I made these adorable Name Place Cards/Favors for the Thanksgiving meal.
In this Video:
- Cricut Expression
- Stamping Solutions Cartridge
- Tim Holtz Distriss Inks
- Fall In Love – My Mind’s Eye Paper
- Best Occasions Textured Card Stock
- Pop Dots
- Baby Food Jars
- ATG Gun
- Some ribbon if you’d like 😉
- And don’t forget the yummy M&M’s or Reese’s Pieces! 🙂
Enjoy and I’ll have a Paisley Cartridge video up soon too!
These are super cute. i must get the newest up date for the Gypsy. I have not done that yet and there is probably more. Happy Thanksgiving
You are really making me want a Gypsy!
I noticed that you sometimes only press on the edge of the paper when you apply it to the mat…..
Does it always hold well when you do that? And is that a new mat? Or a re-energized (reglued) one?
I’m thankful I came across this new site.
Cute place cards. I really like the color combinations.
Have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving.
These are really cute and easy place cards..and think of the memories you are making!! Thank you for sharing.
A great idea!!!! I am glad you showed the cutting of multiple pages on gypsy – i just designed my xmas card – 8 pages and was going to cut tonight – now i know what to do!!! TFS and Blessed Thanksgiving to you and your family
Very cute! Thanks for showing the Gypsy…I need just a few more reasons to buy one… 🙂

Very clever idea. Love all your projects.
How cute! You always have such wonderful videos. Thanks
I would love a Gypsy just not in the budget at the moment. Love the little place settings, so cute. Have a wonderful Thanks Giving!!
Very clever, Megan. I really do want a gypsy!! Thanks for sharing and have a great Thanksgiving.
loved this idea…simple and really cute!
Oh how sweet. I really enjoyed this. Wish I could get this put together for my family but to little time now. Always next year!! have a blessed Thanksgiving with your family.
Thank you the great idea. Hope I have time to make something like these, only I dont have babyfood jars. Great idea!
too cute, megan!
I’m thinking I should ask for a Gypsy for Christmas! Thanks for the great video!
Great idea. One thing, could you also do the same project using the Cricut. I for one don’t have the Gypsy. Thanks a bunch.
You absolutely can still just use your Cricut
It’s just the Stamping solutions Cartridge using the Scalloped Frame the scallop frame in black out, 1″ circles and 1 1/4″ scallop circles and you are good to go!
Have fun! I enjoy trying to show a little bit of everything – its’ hard with everyone having different things – you certainly don’t NEED the gypsy to still have tons of fun with your Cricut but I love showing and teaching those who do have the Gypsy how to better use it!
So cute!! TFS! I need that Stamping cart!! lol Thanks for enabling – again! 😉 Just another thing to add to the Christmas list!!
Very cute Megan. Thanks for sharing. Have a great Thanksgiving.
Great idea! Thanks! Gail email@example.com
Baby food jars can be picked up from friends who have young children
Wish this was on earlier.. Next year it’s a must
What a great idea. Next time I do a holiday dinner, I think I’ll do this. Thanks.
