It’s almost time!
Above Rubies Studio 12 Days of Giveaways starts Friday! I can’t wait!!! There will be a new tutorial and a new giveaway every single day for all 12 days! I started getting ready by creating a custom Chalk Board with Chalkology Chalk Paste and my Cricut with repositionable vinyl! I have been using chalk paste for a few months now and I really wanted to create a customized chalk board with my web address and info for 12 Days.
I will tell you total disclaimer, creating your own chalk stencil/transfer is not NEARLY as clean and easy and using the Chalk Couture Transfers, but, in under an hour of designing, weeding, placement and peeling I created a look totally personal and customized to my needs!

Will these same stencils work with the chalk couture ink
With a lot of care and caution yes – the ink is a lot thinner in texture so there is a lot more risk of bleeding with it.
