Hey, I have had a lot of questions about what my top five favorites are on a lot of things, so I thought I would break it down for you.

Over the next few days stay tuned to Above Rubies Studio as I break down my top 5 favorites on topics like these and why they are my favorite:

  • Paper for Cards and Scrapbooking
  • Adhesives
  • Cricut Cartridges
  • Embellishment Tools
  • Color Schemes
  • Favorite Inspirations
  • Shopping Spots
  • Resources for my Cricut

I like so many different things on a variety of levels and other things, but I just wanted to share this with you.

If I think of anything else I’ll add it in, but this maybe a really helpful resource for you just to get good ideas and helpful resources.  I recommend book marking these link so that you can refer back to it at anytime.  You can even print out these posts as I post them and stick them in with your Cricut Cutting Guide from Above Rubies Studio to refer back to if you find these helpful. :)

I am really happy you are doing something on color schemes. I always have a problem with colors and seem to have a fear of using certain colors in a project.

I am always looking for new ideas and inspiration! TFS love the blog!

I want to learn 1) how to make windows in the fronts of my cards and hide them and 2) how to layer on the fronts with cuttlebug, etc. Thanks! I am looking forward to your “lesson”!

I just got my copy of Cricut A-Z. What a great job you did. I watched it all the way thru and now have the courage to try some more of those creative features on the expression. To add to other comments above, I too need help in which paper colors to choose. I mostly make cards & would like to know more about choosing colors for embelishments. Like ribbons, etc.

Thank you so much for all of the info. I ordered and received the A to Z DVD and it is absolutely fabulous. I just got a Cricut E and am so glad for the DVD. Clear precise instructions. Again, Thanks.
    Keep up the good work.
