Couldn’t wait to share this little video with you! Melissa K from the new Club Ruby Design team. I had the amazing chance to spend time with her in Florida last week at the Sunshine Crop. Melissa is so sweet and talented and she spent time showing me and our viewers how to make these fun and EASY Paper Roses!
All you need:
- Scissors
- 5″x5″ (approximate piece of scrap paper)
- Pencil
- Glue of Choice – Melissa used Tacky Glue

I tried this before with cardstock & I fastened it with a brad. That didn’t work at all. I cannot wait to try this

Can’t wait to try these. One comment though. You say roses in nature are not perfecr. All things in nature are perfect in ther own way. Or thats what I tell myself as I wwork in my garden. Hahaha.

Hi Melissa and Megan—I made these roses and they really are beautiful. But I did one thing different. I used my scallop scissors and the flower had an extra beauty to them. Even the tiny piece inside looked great! Thanks again for the video, that helps to understand exactly how you did them! Ciao db:)

Hi Megan, do you have the video on how to make the rolled paper roses with the wire stem?
No I do not, I have one with the Martha Stewart Crafters Clay which is awesome and that has a wire with it – but not a rolled rose with stem.
