Hope you are all having a great Tuesday and enjoyed a wonderful Labor Day Holiday yesterday! :)   I had a BLAST scrapbooking and cardmaking without cameras or anything – just a little me time was really nice! :)   I got four layouts done and two cards – of course I did take pics with my iPhone so maybe I’ll share later … but for now!

I have a really cute card that I made using:

  • Kaiser Craft Hippie Chick Paper
  • Martha Stewart Circle Cutter
  • Martha Stewart 3-in-1 Butterfly Punch
  • Paper Trey Ink Sentiment Stamp
  • We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper
  • Viva Decor Glitter Liner

This card was really simple to create but gives a fun professional 3D effect which is always great.  We used the Martha Stewart Circle Cutter to create “windows” in the front of our cardstock patterned paper.  We also folded the top corner of our paper on the front of our card to give an extra element of interests, which is always great to do with cards.

Its SUMMERTIME and there is lots of fun things happening right?  Picnics!… Parties!… Swimming!… Laying out in the Sun!…. Catching Fireflies at Night!….Lots of GREAT Events to take pictures of and have layouts ready for.  So that’s exactly what I did with the My Little Shoebox All A Flutter and Lil’ Critter Paper for this FUN FUN FUN Summertime Layout! :)

You can certainly use this layout for most any occasion!  Change up a few colors/elements and you can create a look for any season :)   There is a video an all…so enjoy!

So very excited about today’s layout and I’ve done a LOT of crafting all week, I am also very excited  to share all of those things with you!  I am also sending out my GIBBS Swap Box TODAY – so my partner should have her goodies later this week and then I can let the cat out of the bad so to speak on the goodies that she received!!!! :)

But just a short while back I had went to Hershey with my BFF Becca and we got to play with a bunch of punches and other great fun stuff from Fiskars, which led me to have my first ever drawing.  To enter my drawing I asked everyone what their three fav. Fiskars products were and I also asked what their top three were they wanted to learn more about.  So, after having all of that fun, one of the top requests were to learn more about the Fiskars Border and Corner punches.  I LOVE them!

This video demos the Border/Corner called Between the Vines and it’s the best!

Yesterday was totally awesome!

Not only was I Super Duper *Hyped Up on Chocolate* Excited about being at Times To Remember in Hershey, Pa….

I spent an AWESOME amount of time with Wendy Jo, Lead Fiskateer from Fiskars.  She is AWESOME and I want to give her this HUGE THANK YOU!

I learned a lot about some Fiskars Products and was able to have a great time playing with punches, the new corner/border punches, tape runners and paper galore!  Oh what a FUN time Becca (My BFF) and I had! :)

Becca and I also had to get ourselves over to Chocolate World and get ourselves some yummy treats and take the Tour Ride! (You always get free candy at the end!)
