Sorry About the Website Downtime, but I’m Going to Make it Up to You! 24


I am SOO Sorry for the technical website issues during the sale of the CutMates paper!

I know that many of you have been waiting to order and some of you even took special time out of your day and I am really sorry that my website has decided not to cooperate! I feel absolutely terrible that this has caused some of you a lot of frustration and wasted time.

It has been very frustrating for me too!! We didn’t anticipate these web server challenges and there were just SO MANY people on the website at that time that it just couldn’t handle it!!

So, in order to remedy the situation and make it up to everyone who patiently waited, I’m going to be doing something special for everyone 🙂 In fact, I spoke with CutMates and they’re willing to work with us so that we can have a LOT more of the paper available to everyone at discount! I will post the details later this week, so keep coming back… if the website is still working, haha!

    I tried to get in a number of times. Now, I just got in and in the store it says lights and darks CutMates. They both show not available. I don’t even know if that is the paper you are designing. It looked like that paper was 1 color and not a mixture of colors on a sheet. I think that is what you are designing?

    I waited all day at my computer. then at 12 I had every thing ready..sad face I didnt get any paper but Its okay..I’ll get some when it comes out..I love your videos and will continue to be one of your biggest fans..you always give great prizes and coupon codes..so sont worry about it..You still Rock!

    Sad to say I did not get any paper today. I tried for 4 hours and nothing couldn’t even connect. O well next time. Maybe I will just wait till the paper layerz paper comes out.

    Hi, as many other I tried all day, once I did get in it was all sold out. I had to smile as last week I got a set, but my dear sister-in-law, tried last week and it was sold out so I told her I would get it for her today. Kim works and it is impossible for her to be on line during the day. she is a nurse. I will try again next time. Hang in there, it will get better and we will stick with you, so don’t let high blood preasure get you. lol Betty

    Megan, I knew this would happen. Oh well, the price of fame. It is a good sign when your website crashes from too many people visiting. Though frustrating, still good!! Congrats 🙂

    I also was trying right at 11:59 and I could not get on the sight but when i finally did (well after 2pm) when i put in the code for the discount it said it was invalid. i ordered it anyway without the discount but can i get some kind of refund on the discount or a credit for future purchase. The paper is worth it at regular price. Love ARS!!!!! God Bless.

    We all understand, but wow this monkey thing came up, & weird things happened, lol. You know how to keep us on our toes, lol(kidding).

    Just think if it was this bad for the single color sheets how bad it will be for your designer sheets.
