My Most Personal Post Ever! New Craft Room Tour Too! 75

Hey Everyone!

Here is by far the most personal update I have ever given – it’s from my heart and it’s not meant to upset or offend anyone!  Just know I love and appreciate each one of you!  It’s been a crazy year and I’m just beyond blessed and thankful and can’t wait to see what happens next!!

I swear this song was written for me or about me!  This Tenth Avenue North song I started bringing up in the video and then got off track and emotional – but this was what I was about to bring up and this song You Are More is just touching!  It made me bawl my eyes out and so thankful for Grace and Love! It’s not about me – it’s not about what I’ve done – it’s not about what you’ve done – it’s whats been done for you and trusting in that!

Thank you all again for all the love and support!  Thank you all for taking time to read and follow!  Thank you for allowing me to share my heart and bare it all!

I love you dearly!

Enjoy the Moments!

Meg

Megan you are such an open and honest woman and yes, God does love you! I have a daughter going through a very nasty divorce and, as her mother, it has pained me to see some of the choices she has made in the meantime. However, I love her so deeply (as I am sure your mother does too) and know that God has bigger plans for her and her 3 little boys that there is going to be a happier life for her. I love learning from you so please know that we all are pulling for you. I truly pray for a healthy pregnancy for you and know that your children must be thrilled. Thank you for sharing your heart. Hugs~Mary

So Happy for you Megan…congratulations a thousand times over and over.

I found your blog and stayed because of your faith and your carefree way of crafting. I love it! Don’t ever change that, please.I am glad you shared your heart with us. More of us praying,God is good and faithful.
Your craft room looks AWESOME, so much space.I can’t wait to see what you have planned to show us. But! don’t worry about us, you take care of yourself first and your children. I wish you the BEST of everything.

  • Sandy

Megan, thank you for opening your heart to us….I know it must have been very hard…That is probably the first step to this new era of your life…not only as a living soul but as a child of God…we make many mistakes in life and some are life changing not only for the “me” of us but for those around us whom we love. I am 68 years of age have 6 grown children and they can testify to the fact that I made mistakes which changed their lives forever….but they all say to me freely that without some of those changes they would not be the persons of God they are…and while they can acknowledge that some were bad mistakes on my part…they now know that I did do the best I could with what I was working with. This does not always erase my sorrow over my mistakes or the regret of them…but I have learned there is one with whom I can go to just to be His daughter and climb in His lap and cry and allow Him to dry my tears. So you keep doing all that you have to do to make yourself and those around in line with all God has for you…and be blessed continually. Remember this song for when you are in doubt…and use it for that purpose…and there may come along other songs with which you can find solace…this has always been my way of getting peace within….God and songs. Songs believed to be inspired by Him for Me.. I love you and am proud of you and who you are….just keep hangin….

I guessed right! Wonderful news and every blessing to you and your children. I wish I had a craft space that big – you should see the mess my box room is in right now! Sadly I cannot hear the song – will try to find it somewhere that is open to the UK.

Congratulations Megan, I haven’t been around lately due to my own health issue’s so have missed your house move but it looks like you are in a better happier place. I hope your new home make you extremely happy and the children more settled and enjoying school. Your new baby is a blessing no matter how it came about, no one has a right to judge you, the least anyone can do is support you in any way possible.
I wish you well and hope that your pregnancy continues safely and healthy.
Whether this baby is your ex husbands or not I don’t know but if it is that you have a new man standing in the background then I wish you all the joy of a new love. However if you are going this completely alone (without the aid of a man) then I know how that feels and I truly believe you are a very strong women who will cope tremendously and be able to give all your children everything they need. Looking forward to seeing you bloom now. xXx

  • Janet Smith

Your message was very heart felt. Everything happens in life for a reason. You definitely are an angel! I definitely get your life. I am like a single mom also because my husband is a truck driver and is out of state Monday thru Friday. It is hard and challenging but that is why God gave us that gift, because women are strong! I am so happy for you, you can do this. Love to you and your family. Xxxooo

    Megan
The Word says “there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.”
Jesus died to provide us with right standing with our Father. The walk of life provides us with many tests. We are alway the winners because of our right standing with God. His grace is his wonderful love for us.
Megan remember that you are GREATLY BLESSED! HIGHLY FAVORED! DEEPLY LOVED!

  • Marilyn Coleman

Megan, tears flow as I watched your personal video and the music video and listened to the words of the song, life has crazy turns at times, no one is PERFECT! I see love and caring for this new event, God has plans and we do not know what or why, but we have to be confident and trusting in him, as you do! WE do pray that it is a blessed event you seem happy about that. Who are we to judge, do we live life without mistakes–are we perfect? It doesn’t matter the thoughts of others although people do have their opinions, let that not discourage you in anyway you will find that true friends as God will always be there with you no matter what! I pray for a safe and wonderful new baby journey and for your whole new adventure in your personal life and business. The respect I have for you has been built on your honesty and faith and that holds a big part in my heart and I will continue to follow you along the road for as long as it takes. Thanks for all you do and share with us. (–Don’t look back you can’t change the past and as a smart person has said “ENJOY THE MOMENTS”). Blessings

  • Kris

I couldn’t be happier for you and your expanding family! I am really thrilled that you’ve moved from cramped quarters and you now have a great place to raise your kiddos and craft with room to spread out! We all love you, Megan Elizabeth!!!

Megan this was such a great video. Congratulations on your pregnancy. I know this little one will be so lucky and blessed to have a great mom like you. You almost had me in tears. As a mother of two and two losses, I know how you feel and wanting to wait until the time is right to share this wonderful news. Take care of yourself first and everything will fall into place.

Megan dear, I am much older than you, and I have been pretty much in the place where you are now. From my personal experience, and from the bottom of my heart, there are three things I want you to always remember. The first and most important, is that what ever mistakes you feel you have made, your new baby is not one of them. Your baby is a pure blessing, and for that I am very happy for you. The second is, that we are always stronger than we think we can be; you can do it. Lastly, give yourself a break, love yourself, and get lots of rest. At this point your body will tell you what’s best, listen to what it tells you. Enjoy your time of waiting, at the end of it you will hold a miracle in your arms. With love & Hugs Carole

  • Kim

Prayers going up for you and your family, I pray that the pregnancy continues to go well and that the Lord continues to bless you all with his love. You are truly an inspiration , so thank you.

  • Nicki

Congratulations on the upcoming new addition to your family. I too experienced miscarriages…both quite late in pregnancy and my one son lived 3 hours before departing. My oldest daughter I adopted at birth and 13 years later finally gave birth to my other daughter. However, I know this pregnancy is going to be great….children are always a blessing, and God has a plan for you. Just as have you have been successful in business, you will be successful in handling this new change in your life. I’m sure your kids are ecstatic! Many blessings to you and your family.

  • Annette

Megan, I have followed you for a few years and stayed because of your unashamed faith in a loving and forgiving God. We Christians are not perfect and never claim to be but we are forgiven and strive to do God’s will. I pray your pregnancy goes well.
God Bless you and your growing family in all ways.

  • Glynda Janz

If I ever get the opportunity to meet you in person, I would love to give you a million hugs for all that you have shared with us. Good luck to you and your new baby!! You are so brave and motivational. I will keep you and your new baby in my prayers for continued well-being. Keep up the great work! Wow – you are unbelievable in your accomplishments.

    Take care!

  • Judy

Congratulations on the new addition-always remember babies are a gift from God which I’m sure you’ll love and treasure. Hope your health stabilizes and the remainder of your pregnancy is a breeze. March will be here before you know it. Keep up the great work it’s always a pleasure watching your videos. Congrats again to you and the family!

  • Cheryl

    Megan,
I would like to join many of your supporters to remind you no Christian is perfect, just forgiven and are loved unconditionally! It must have been very hard to produce this video. You are a very courageous women of God! Congratulations! Your main job is to “grow this baby” and take care of your family. I am looking forward to upcoming videos, as you have time and energy to produce them.
    Cheryl

  • Karen L Campbell

What a heart felt video. I too went through a divorce and know the silly things we can do because of pain and disappointment or just needing to feel like someone or something is special to us. God loves us no matter what as long as we honor him by asking for forgiveness and moving forward. You know I believe if we didn’t make mistakes how would he be able to teach us. We would be so pious that we wouldn’t hear his voice. Gods riches Blessings on you and your family. Take care of you and the rest will follow. ♥

  • Pat B

Megan, so nice to see your smiling face again. I don’t know if you’re familiar with the “My One Word” blog, but my one word I chose for this year is “grace.” Because of that, I was led to buy this stamp, and I want to share the sentiment with you. I think it pretty much says it all.

“May you always be overwhelmed by the Grace of God rather than by the cares of life.”

    Bless you!
    Pat

  • Ruth

One, it’s not our job to judge each other. That being said congratulations on everything that is happening in your life. God be with you and your family as you move forward. Good luck and God bless.

  • Peggy whose hunt

Loved the song. You inspire and bless but most of all you give God all the glory and He has truly blessed you through all your struggles this past year. Just keep doing what u are doing and we will follow you forever. I am so glad I found your blog when I did, I almost feel like I know you personally. You are the best.

  • Deborah Horn

    Dear Megan,

You have such a sweet and endearing soul. God is glorified by having you in His Kingdom! I love that you
stand for God. He stands for us and loves us so unconditionally. We are blessed beyond measure. I will
pray that God will continue to shower His many blessings upon you and your sweet family. Congratulations
on you little one due in March. How precious and sweet! Wish I could be there to spoil him or her. I could be your children’s Indiana Grandma. My four grandchildren call hubby and I Papoo and Mamoo. My oldest grandchild will be 18 Christmas Day! He is the one who gave us our Royalty names. LOL! Take it easy and if you need to slow down a little, that is okay. We crafters understand. We love you and want you to always put God, you and your dear family first. Please know that I am sending supersize hugs to you. Take care,
keep loving God, and remember to hug each new day!

    Blessings,

    Megan~
I am so sorry to hear of all the sadness you have been through with your divorce. I may have missed it if you shared that before. I had wondered about your move from PA and was praying for you. You have such a tender sweet heart, and I appreciate your heart for the Lord. I have been watching your videos for a long time–when you had your studio up in the attic (or at least it looked like an attic!) and have always just thought you had an endearing way about you. I am so glad that you are embracing the Lord’s forgiveness and grace and love and mercy–you are right He does love you! He treasures you! Blessings on you and I am praying for you! Liz in PA

  • Sharon H

Congratulations to a brave and beautiful woman! Your joy, sorrow and love all shine through in this video so much and as many have already stated I am always blessed by your honesty and raw courage in the face of adversity. Your excitement is contagious as is your love for our Lord! Stay safe and happy and give those kiddos a big hug from all of us!!! (including the newest one… yes, just hug that belly!)

    In Him…
    Sharon

  • Barbara Roper

    Dear Meagan:

Congratulations to you and your family! Thank you for sharing your very personal news and for being so transparent. The comments that the other ladies left have expressed so eloquently what I would like to say.

Hope that you’re taking care of yourself. I remember that horrible headache you had a couple weeks back and finding out later it was due to high blood pressure. Hope you’re doing much better now!

    Barbara Roper

  • Debbie Clute

Megan, Thanks for sharing, I know it wasn’t easy. You are one of the strongest people I know, I so proud of you for just being you. Can’t wait to see what other blessings God has in store for you. Thank you for everything you do I’ll be praying for you and your family. And you look fantastic.

  • Gayle

Hi Megan,I have been following you for quite awhile and always loved your tutorials as I usually craft alone. Loved the tour of your craft room. I have been home for 8 months recuperating from a torn rotator cuff and broken head of the shoulder. I had extensive surgery and now have a plate and many screws to hold my shoulder back in place;with that said I was out of commission and still out of work. The last maybe 2mos I slowly AM organizing my craft room. I also separated my things with containers and labeled each one. I have to return to work we cannot make ends meet w/out my working and it has been difficult. My small disability checks recently ended. The surgeon is not thrilled that I asked to return to work. My fall happened in my driveway getting in the car for work so can’t collect disability unfortunately. The doctor said I should be home another 5mos but…..I am a visiting R.N. and will try to find something with an insurance co. Some nurses can work @home so here’s hopping. Well I would like to give you a vote of CONFIDENCE toward your new adventures in life. You have a strong faith in GOD and that alone will get you through. I went and am still going through very stressful times. When I say my prayers I always ask God for strength to get me through. Megan when I was going through my nasty divorce years ago it was my 3children that made me strong and made me go on. Your new baby is a true blessing from God. No one has the right to judge anyone for none of us are perfect. So if you and your children are healthy and happy then you enjoy. You enjoy your new life and you won’t believe how much stronger you will become and your new baby will bring so much love and joy. I had 3 miscarriages so you having 7 and now a viable healthy baby that is a gift. Megan,I know you will be fine and you will take each challenge and conquer each one. I am one who believes in you and will always enjoy hearing from you. Good luck in future endeavors and God bless you. Gayle

  • Brenda

Megan, it took a lot of courage to share with us your personal life. I admire your courage. To me, you represent a true Christian woman who loves The Lord deeply. My prayers will be with you and your family. I am so looking forward to your tutorials and have in the past learned so much from you, but please take care of you and the little one. May God bless you greatly for you truly are a woman of noble character.

  • Cindy W.

Megan, Congratulations…..you are going to do great!! We all love you and are here for you……God Bless and hang in there!! Love,

    Cindy

PS: Love the “Tenth Ave. North” video……soooooooo inspiring!!!!

  • Jackie Yingling

Congrats on all the changes you have had in your life lately. How exciting, another little one! Love your new craft space. I hope you have a safe and healthy pregnancy. I can see you love what you do, you always have a smile on your face and are glowing. Looking forward to the Tuesday Tutorials again.

    God Bless,

Megan, as a mom, future ex wife (i know the pain) a woman who has made many bad choices. There are no mistakes, only the one you do not learn from. I have been exactly where you are, exactly. And boy have I learned so much, and so much about myself. So, thank you for sharing your story. It takes courage. You are courageous, stronger than you know, and wise beyond your years. Stay true to yourself, take care of yourself. You will be ok. Keeping you in my thoughts. rest when you can, and ask for help when you need it.

    Much Respect
    Melissa Sorg

  • Joene Rahn

Megan, I have been with you for quite awhile now. I respect and admire you so much. I always look forward to your videos and thoughts. I am happy about your upcoming little bundle of joy. I imagine that Benson and Jenna will be so excited to have a new brother or sister. We will all be waiting for the exciting news. Jesus will be with you along the way and help you through the tough times. We all love you. Thanks for all you have done.

  • Ingrid

    Hi Megan,
Thank you for your honesty. I have only recently connected with you, but I felt there was a reason I found you and now I know why.
16 years ago I was in exactly the same position as you are now. I underestimated the loneliness and pain that I would suffer after separating from my husband and I made some bad choices of my own.
Looking back I can see how God took my mistake and turned it into something beautiful. My daughter brought balance to my family and helped to change the life of one of my sons. I learned much about the grace of God during this time, and grew from my mistakes. 10 years ago the Lord blessed me with a new husband, a wonderful man of God, who made my family complete again. While this may be a difficult time for you, I believe that God still has more blessings to pour out on you. Icwabt to assure uou that He has heard your cry, he knows your heart and he loves you! The best is yet to come!

  • Tammy Hancock

Dear Megan, we all have times in our lives that we feel we have not always made the right choices or decisions but as you said we do have a forgiving god and he loves us no matter what decisions we have made. Congrats on the new addition to your family a BABY is a blessing from God. Love you and all that you do and you are a very strong woman and a godly woman and never forget that.

    Love and happiness always
    Tammy

  • Diane

    Megan

Congratulations on the pregnancy. I will be praying for you. While I love watching your videos, please don’t overdue it on our account. Please rest and ask for help when you need it. But, that being said, I am looking forward to new videos. You are sooooo creative!

    Take care.

  • PJ

Enjoy the coming new baby. It will be a challenge to do everything and take care of three kids but you can do it.
Take time to heal from a broken heart before you decide to move into a new relationship. Time heals. You are sounding and looking more like the original Megan that I first came to know through your DVDs. We should all try to be like the Proverbs 31 lady. It hard and I know of no one that has had 100 percent success. We can only try to be the best child of God we can be.

  • Chris

Megan, I was just able to watch your video and wish you all the very best. My prayers are with you and the kids and your new addition. Take care of yourself healthwise for the sake of your new little one. That along with your other children are priority one. We will stick with you and follow all your wonderful videos! (I have them all!). God bless you and keep you safe and healthy.

  • Penny Pudge

    Megan,
Just got around to watching this video. Thank you so much for sharing your heart. You are so honest and amazing and I and so many others appreciate that. Thank you for mentioning God’s grace and His love for us. We are not perfect, we do, think and act in ways that sometimes are not giving Him glory but he loves us anyway. May you be blessed abundantly. I am praying for you and your children and your business. Penny
