This is SO UNBELIEVABLE and we can NOT apologize enough, even though it is completely out of our control, we are working around the clock here to make it right…
We were just informed by a very dear customer that her two videos she ordered came and that they were not Cricut A to Z. We opened another box of DVD’s up and ALL the DVD’s in that box are a Disney Make a Wish video. Our production crew took our dvds designs and discs and put someone elses contents on our dvd discs.
We are HORRIFIED and trying to remain calm as we work through this situation the weekend before Christmas.
There are about 40-45 dvds that went out to our customers that way and we are so sorry! This is totally out of our control, but rest assured we are going to do EVERYTHING we can to make it right.
We are SOOOO sorry sorry sorry sorry! Can I say it enough?
We are working on this situation tonight and prayerfully we will be able to do something about it over the weekend. We are trying to make the production company who made this mistake overnight copies to everyone who has faulty discs. In order to know who has faulty discs, please send me an email to megan@aboverubiesstudio.com as soon as you receive your disc and we will make it right one way or another!

Really its not that big of a deal. I buy through ebay a lot and crap gets messed up all the time. As long as it gets fixed there is no need to hyperventalate.

Megan, I am sure everyone will understand. I dont see how anyone can fault you for what someone else did. Have a Merry Christmas and dont worry about the small things and as the saying goes at the end of the day its all small stuff.

The one I told you about that is getting married next year. We all loved the DVD & I now can say I know how to use the extra features on the Cricut to their full capacity. Your doing a lovely job. My video came in just fine Megan. Enjoyed the video and passing it on to my Niece who just got a Cricut.
Life’s too short to worry about the small stuff Megan. Take a deep breath and look at the big picture – this is something out of your control and no big deal after all is said and done. Everyone will understand, so relax and enjoy Christmas with your family.

Mine dvd came just fine also and I thought it was wonderful.
So I am another that believes everything happens like it’s suppose to, My guess is everyone that thought they were getting a disney dvd will see the cricut dvd and look up above Rubies Studios and you may have a whole slew of new followers:) 🙂

I received my first DVD because one of my crafts was selected to be shown and the DVD is awesome! I have not received the one I actually ordered yet but please do not worry about. Remember God tells us not to worry, that comes from this world not from his. I am so blessed today as I read from so many people who have responded to your email and they have such great faith. Got video yesterday, Saturday, I couldn’t go to bed last night until I watched the whole thing!!! Excellent! My aunt hadn’t recieved her gift yet so I’ve called her and asked her to let me know when she gets it… She will totally understand if it is hers. 🙂 God is ALWAYS good!

I’ll let you know if I got the wrong DVD. It probably is waiting for me at home. I’ve been out of town for a few days but noticed in my email that the DVD had been mailed. Not a problem at all if it’s the wrong one. I completely understand.
I know how heartbreaking and disappointing that must have been when you discovered some of the DVDs were mixed up. I’ve had those moments, too, where I just feel like sitting in the middle of the floor but don’t know whether to laugh or cry.
No worries, everything will work out.

I don’t have anything to report about my DVD. I’m sorry but I haven’t ordered one yet, as I don’t have a Cricut YET. I’d really love to tell you that I had the right DVD. However, even if I received the wrong one I’d know it was the right one! lol That’s because I know that God is always in control and everything happens for a reason…even the little things that we can’t imagine He has His hand in! It will all work out according to His plan. Just relax and have faith and have a very Merry Christmas!

I just got news that my half-sister who has breast cancer is dying, possibly today. We weren’t close but it’s still very sad for me. So, keep everything in perspective, your customers will get over it even if they don’t understand but I think they will!

I received my DVD yesterday and couldn’t wait to watch it. I did receive the correct one and thoroughly enjoyed it. I hope you are working on your next one, since I’m sure we all will be ordering it. If I had received the Disney DVD, I would have watched it, understood and waited patiently for the situation to be corrected. Don’t worry, we all are behind you and sending you blessings right now. Hi Megan, I received my copy of Cricut A to Z and I have watched it several times and have done some of the projects. The Shrinky Dinks shrinkable plastic is new to me and I am trying to tackle it. I picked up the for computer Ink-jet printer instead of the clear? However, I really enjoy the DVD and I have learned a lot. So I thank-you all of your hard work making the DVD. Megan, It’s OKAY! All of those above who said that God is in charge are right on! Relax and know that we all could be in the same boat! We love you and know that it wasn’t your fault. Re-read these e-mails and make it your business to remember WHO’S birthday we are celebrating on Friday – now, remember the season and know that we all share a love of scrapbooking and don’t hold you responsible. Now, I will go and check out my DVD. :0)

Mine is the correct DVD. Haven’t watched all of it yet but I’m working on it. After Christmas I’ll have more time. There are some things we just have no control over and it’s certainly not your fault that there was a mix up. People are usually very understanding. Just keep your eyes on your rear view mirror when you’re driving to make sure you’re not being followed – lol – just kidding.
Take a breath and relax…………..as you can see your followers are so understanding and not worried at all. So you get to enjoy putting all the stress on the company that made the mistake. He He, mine was fine too. Although I had to rewrap it and put it back under the tree….he he he. I watched a little though. 🙂 I know I shouldn’t of, but hey, it was a great reason to peek.

Don’t stress as others have said. The Lord does work in mysterious ways…this was for a purpose. And everyone should understand and if they don’t I would like to know the name of where they buy their pencils because all I can find in the stores are pencils with erasers – they sell them that way for a reason….we all make mistakes.
Got my DVD Friday before the major snowstorm! Other then having to insert it “backwards” as to most of my DVDS, it works great! I am enjoying it while “locked in” due to snow.
