My daughter and her husband,two kids, rescued a dog in Chicago. They neamed him Hunter. He is a real charmer. I think he is a Staffordshire Terrier and now about 6 mos. old. He trained easy and is very spoiled. This is from one who said she would “never” get a dog. Well, guess whos dog it is now? Good luck with your new addition and I know the children will be very close to him.
Congrats Megan what a beautiful doggie, we have four and don’t regret adopting anyone of them so enjoy your new family member and just wanted to say, you have beautiful children thank you for sharing with us.
Congrats on the new addition. You would never know that he just joined your family. Looks like he has been with you forever. Definitely very content with his new home and family members!! Enjoy – it’s obvious he is. Sooooo looking forward to tomorrow’s post.

Thank you for adopting your new family member. I have been a volunteer at our local humane society for six years now and it is such a joy seeing the animals proudly going home with their new family.
BTW, I have a Tucker also (one of 4 fur kids here).
I have a border collie mix, I got from Diane’s on RT 100….she has been such a joy. I hope you enjoy your new addition Tucker!
Congrats on the new addition. My yougest grandson wants a dog so bad but they are not at home very much right now so the timeing is just not right. He helps me feed our dog and cats sayin Come on Baby eat your supper in the sweetest little voice.

A dog is a great addition to any family. I believe that children need a pet. I have two rescue dogs and I can’t imagine life without them. Now you have something else to scrapbook.

Oh, he’s beautiful! Congratulations! He will add a lot of joy. Thank you for adopting your new dog. We adopted two miniature Schnauzers, one in September and the other in April and can’t imagine life without them. We’d had a mini Schnauzer who lived for sixteen years before them, and he was also a rescue.

we just got a new dog Sunday a dauchshund named Willie he is ajusting well to his new home and we LOVE hem… such personality. Hope you all are healthy and happy!

We adopted a dog 6 years ago from the Humane Society, she was a wild and crazy girl! We took her to the vet and he told us she was high energy and had a great personality. He was right! Very high energy and we had a rough year with lots of rules, but Sadie is a wonderful dog, loves people and has brought so much love, fun and laughter to our home. Hope Tucker brings you the same! Enjoy!
