That's odd - the DVD is in high def format and should not be grainy or have lines at all - let me know - We fixed the two spelling errors in the dvd as well - spelling is a big F- for me! I'm so sorry! The person we had checking didn't get to see the two parts that had the errors in it either - we're working on it though!
