***IMPORTANT MESSAGE***

For anyone who submitted projects THANK YOU we have a LOT of AWESOME entries and I am so pleased!

However, I received many emails from the yousendit.com forms and I have many entries that do not have names submitted with them!Ā  I have no idea how to get in contact with you to either include you in the DVD or contact you to win prizes!

HELP!

IF YOU SENT IN A PROJECT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Send me an email to DVDContest@AboveRubiesStudio.com including Your Name, Email Address and a DESCRIPTION of the project you sent in.
  • If you did not include a brief overview of how you made the projects I can not use it in the DVD and I would like to so please send that in to DVDContest@AboveRubiesStudio.com
  • Finally, please read the following release form…I would like to send this out to everyone, and I plan to, however I don’t have everyone’s email address, IF you would like your work in the Cricut A to Z DVD please take a look at this release form and send me the email letting me know that you agree to these “terms”

STANDARD PHOTO AND PROJECT RELEASE FORM

I hereby authorize Above Rubies Studio to publish the photographs taken by me of projects I have voluntarily submitted to Above Rubies Studio for the use in the Cricut A to Z Educational DVD and use for media promotion of the DVD. This includes but is not limited to, printed documents, digital media and website distribution.

I acknowledge that since my participation in publications and websites produced by Above Rubies Studio is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation.

I further agree that my participation in any publication and website produced by Above Rubies Studio confers upon me no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release Above Rubies Studio, its contractors and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.

I acknowledge that Above Rubies Studio will give (participant’s name: ________________________) acknowledging credit for the photographed projects submitted for use in the Cricut A to Z DVD and other DVD Promotional Material.
